Job Summary

  • The Speaker Bureau team plans and manages highly compliant meetings and events for Life Sciences organizations, delivering a high-quality attendee experience through in-person, hybrid, and virtual meetings.
  • The Manila Speaker Bureau Logistics Planner is the main point of contact for vendors (Venue, Food & Beverage, Audio-Visual) on behalf of client's field force sales reps for successful and compliant meetings.
  • Responsibilities include collaborating with the client Core Team, coordinating meeting logistics, confirming venue bookings, planning F&B and AV needs, and ensuring timely task completion within client defined SLA parameters.
