Kraft Heinz is seeking a Receiving Supervisor for its Garland, TX plant, responsible for overseeing the receiving process of materials, managing inventory, and leading warehouse staff. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in warehouse operations and strong leadership skills, with a focus on process improvement and safety

Job Summary

  • Partner with business leaders on implementation of process improvement through our Kraft Heinz Management Systems (KHMS), including leading change initiatives, planning, and facilitation.
  • Assist in the overall efficiency of the operation of the plant by leading the receiving process of raw and packaging materials, including scheduling of inbound loads and yard management.
  • Provide leadership to the Warehouse staff including but not limited to performance management, employee development, and training, etc.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations or related field preferred
  • Knowledge of GMP and safe work practices
  • WMS, MRP and Inventory control experience
  • Working experience leading Safety performance
