Job Summary
The Head of EHS – R&D, Commercial and Affiliates is responsible for developing, maintaining, and integrating the Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHSS) strategic plan across all R&D, commercial and affiliate sites.
This role ensures program and performance improvement by aligning EHS initiatives with internal and external stakeholder expectations.
The incumbent will lead the development of policies, standards, and tools for EHS compliance and risk management in alignment with Centers of Excellence (CoEs), while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance across all CSL operations.
