Job Summary

• The Mechanical Design Lead (SME) PM supports innovation initiatives, contributes to campus master planning, and provides technical and project-level support to the Mechanical Design Lead Director for large-scale data centre development.
• Key responsibilities include managing the preparation and review of contract documents from third-party design consultants, ensuring design deliverables are completed on schedule and within budget, and offering engineering expertise for both new developments and existing operational systems.

• College Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
• Experience in Project Management on large-scale construction programs
• Experience in data centre or mission-critical facilities
• Experienced in MEP design and engineering leadership
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and MS Office Suite
• Experience overseeing MEP contract documents from consultants
• Understanding of concurrently maintainable electrical power systems
• Understanding of mechanical cooling systems
• Understanding of OFCI equipment specifications
• Excellent presentation skills
• Team player
