Job Summary
Support multiple markets with all aspects of accounts receivable, including billing, cash application, and credit adjustments.
Ensure accurate posting of customer payments in Wide Orbit and reconcile amounts received with amounts posted.
Provide high-quality customer service and collaborate with station sales and management to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely processing of credit adjustments.
