Key Requirements
Bachelors in Architecture or Engineering (or equivalent) degree
Certified Construction Manager (or equivalent)
15+ years experience
3 years as a Senior Project or Team Leader
Secret clearance or above
Experience on greater than $50M construction projects
OSHA safety requirements completion
Independently estimate construction costs
Work Rights
Must possess a current/active Secret clearance or above
