Job Summary

• As a Team Lead / Senior Director of Projects at JLL, you will be a hands-on leader who delivers your own Corporate Interiors projects while overseeing a regional team of project managers and coordinators delivering a broader portfolio for a financial services client.
• You'll deliver best-in-class Corporate Interiors project management that elevates workplace experience, aligns with brand standards, and minimizes operational disruption while owning full lifecycle delivery for interiors programs including planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, construction, commissioning, move-in, and closeout with disciplined controls and transparent reporting.

Base: 139,000.00 – 200,000.00 USD per year; Bonus/Equity: Not specified; Benefits: 401(k) plan with matching company contributions, Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision Care, Paid parental leave at 100% of salary, Paid Time Off and Company Holidays, Early access to earned wages through Daily Pay

• 10+ years progressive project management experience
• 2+ years leading project management teams
• Personally accountable for 3-5 concurrent projects
• Portfolio oversight of 15-25 active projects
• Budgets ranging from $1M to $100M+
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
• Relevant certifications preferred
