Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 3-5 years supervisory experience in CPG
  • SAP S/4HANA system expertise required
  • Lead 15-25 warehouse associates per shift
  • Manage inbound receiving and outbound shipping
  • Ensure SQF and CTPAT compliance standards

Nice-to-have

  • Startup or major operational transition experience
  • Experience managing multi-shift operations
  • Food or retail-compliant distribution background
  • Strong aptitude for strategic thinking
  • Willingness to adjust schedule for peak periods

Key Requirements

  • Associate's degree in supply chain or Business required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of SAP S/4HANA experience
  • 3-5 years of Transportation Management experience preferred
  • Availability for flexible shifts including weekends
