The selected candidate will lead and have accountability for all Business Management activities supporting the MDC2 Business Unit.
Responsibilities include development, monitoring and maintenance of Business Management processes, tools and procedures to manage contract business execution and Earned Value.

Bachelor's degree in business management or related discipline and 10 years of professional experience OR Master's degree and 8 years of professional experience OR PhD and 6 years of professional experience
5 years of leadership experience
Direct experience as a U.S. Government contractor
Experience with internal audit, external audit, and/or other regulatory agencies
Familiarity of financial controls and SOX compliance
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance
