Job Summary

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for complex, region-specific programs, particularly focusing on pension governance, healthcare trusts, and employee councils across EMEA.
  • Own the full vendor lifecycle for regional insurance carriers, brokers, and third-party administrators, leading comprehensive onboarding and contract negotiations.
  • Partner closely with EMEA Payroll, People Operations, Finance, and Legal to ensure flawless program delivery, accurate taxation, and cohesive alignment across G&A functions.
