Job Summary
The Sterility Assurance Associate Director is responsible for leadership, management, and implementation of the Contamination Control Programs, incl. Microbial Control strategy.
This role will lead and engage in Quality Risk Management (QRM) initiatives designed to develop a robust microbial control strategy, support investigation related to such contaminations and ensure robust knowledge deployment around microbial risks and controls.
The role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, including leading a team of experts and establishing and maintaining microbial controls program.

Key Requirements
10+ years sterile pharma/biopharma experience
BS degree in Science/Engineering/Quality
7+ years sterile pharma/biopharma experience with PhD
Knowledge of Process Microbiology or QC Microbiology
