Job Summary

• Serve as the dedicated single point of contact for Correspondent Lending clients, assisting them in clearing suspense conditions and identifying bottlenecks to ensure timely purchase of their pipelines.
• Review and clear income, asset, and credit documentation in accordance with Agency and Non-Agency guidelines, while monitoring and managing a daily pipeline to meet service level agreements.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by working rebuttals, escalations, and scenarios, and complete pre-funding reviews to assist with purchasing loans, maintaining production and quality standards.
