  • In this role, you will serve as the primary operational partner and deputy to the Operations Director, responsible for supporting daily clinic operations, staff management, and stepping in during the Director's absence to make critical decisions impacting patient care and clinic performance.
  • The position also leads strategic initiatives and projects while providing financial oversight through budget management, performance monitoring, and identifying cost optimization opportunities across multiple clinic locations.
  • Master’s degree (Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Public health or related field) or combination of education and relevant experience is required.
