Job Summary

  • This role will lead the design, execution and evolution of Teads’ global compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they remain competitive, scalable and aligned with our business strategy.
  • The role also manages and develops an Operations & Rewards Analyst, helping build strong analytical foundations and scalable processes for the future.
  • The successful candidate will be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global and evolving environment, while balancing strategic thinking with operational excellence.
