Key Requirements
Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
Familiarity with endpoint protection platforms (preferably Microsoft Defender)
Experience with ticketing systems and incident response workflows
Familiarity with Microsoft Purview capabilities (DLP, Information Protection, Insider Risk Management)
Experience collaborating with customer-facing teams for user notifications
Hands-on experience with vulnerability management tools and processes
IT experience with Microsoft 365 in an enterprise multinational organization
Understanding of outsourcing principles (operational, tactical, strategic)
Experience in highly regulated environments like financial institutions
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
