Job Summary

  • The successful candidate will be an integral member of the Collections team, responsible for the collection of miscellaneous City Accounts Receivable, defaulted Provincial Offence Act Fines, Property Tax and the Municipal Accommodation Tax.
  • Duties include preparing and issuing collection letters, processing court reports, responding to inquiries, negotiating payment terms, and applying payments received from various sources.
  • This role offers a hybrid work environment with regular attendance at City Hall, requiring employees to be onsite 3 days per week.
