Job Summary

  • You'll be responsible for serving as the main point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, compensation, benefits, performance management, payroll, and other HR-related inquiries.
  • Collaborating with HR and business teams to drive key HR initiatives, including employee recognition programs, wellness programs, and engagement surveys.
  • Assisting the Employee Relations team in ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations and regularly monitoring the site to ensure adherence to legal requirements, regulations, and company policies.
