Job Summary
You'll be responsible for serving as the main point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, compensation, benefits, performance management, payroll, and other HR-related inquiries.
Collaborating with HR and business teams to drive key HR initiatives, including employee recognition programs, wellness programs, and engagement surveys.
Assisting the Employee Relations team in ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations and regularly monitoring the site to ensure adherence to legal requirements, regulations, and company policies.
