  • The Staff Physical Therapist Assistant assists the Staff Therapist with patient related activities and direct patient care.
  • Record daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes per PT Board.
  • Instruct patient’s families or nursing staff in maintenance program and caregiver training in preparation for discharge from therapy services.
