Job Summary

  • You will build the financial infrastructure from near-scratch to power the company through a strategic transition in 2027.
  • The role requires owning the rolling 6-quarter financial forecast and developing board-ready communication within 72 hours of close.
  • Candidates will have real equity participation in a transaction actively being built toward while working directly with an experienced CFO.

Must-have

  • 8 to 12 years of FP&A experience
  • 4 years at a PE-backed company
  • Built rolling multi-quarter forecast from scratch
  • Deep fluency in SaaS metrics ARR MRR NRR
  • Experience with hybrid recurring services and software model

Nice-to-have

  • Proactive identification of EBITDA add-backs
  • Genuine mentorship capability for team development
  • Experience with NetSuite Salesforce and Looker
  • Background in digital marketing or SMB markets
  • Prior PE sponsor transition or M&A process experience
