The role will focus on driving performance across digital channels, enhancing brand presence, and optimising customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Manage and grow social media presence across key platforms, plan, execute, and optimise digital campaigns (PPC, email, display, social), and monitor performance and report on KPIs and ROI.
Collaborate with internal teams on landing pages and user experience, oversee email marketing and customer lifecycle campaigns, and support SEO efforts and website content optimisation.
