Job Summary

  • The Customer Service Representative provides a world class customer experience to recipients, patients, clinicians, professionals, consumers, distributors, caregivers and/or family members of recipients with an appropriate sense of urgency in answering their questions and resolving any service.
  • Responsible for entire order process from receipt of the order, entering the order and following it through to its destination.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Work Experience (2‐3 Years of Experience)

  • Intermediate to Advance level of Excel and MS PowerPoint
