Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to perform respiratory therapy, management, rehabilitation, and direct care to patients with pulmonary system deficiencies.
  • Employees must assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition and document actual or potential diagnoses.
  • Staff are required to report changes in a patient's respiratory status to the Director of Respiratory Care Services, the nurse, and the physician as needed.

Key Requirements

  • Associate Degree from accredited school
  • Graduate of respiratory care program
  • Current Respiratory Care Practitioner license
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Current ACLS certification
  • One year acute/subacute experience preferred
