  • The Senior Training Manager partners with site cross functional leaders and other key site stakeholders to develop and maintain training processes that ensure a continuous, high-quality, and reliable supply of products to the market.
  • This role ensures strong Quality System performance and collaborates closely with Compliance teams to maintain a consistent state of inspection readiness.
  • The critical outcomes driven by this role include the successful delivery of all Training-related business commitments across Quality, Service, Financial performance, and Talent development.
