Base: $175,400.00 - $263,200.00; Bonus/Equity: Annual bonuses and discretionary bonuses available; Benefits: Health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, paid holidays and PTO

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree with 9 years experience or Master’s Degree with 7 years experience
Minimum 7 years leadership experience
Ability to acquire DoD Secret Clearance

Experience in Quality, Mission Assurance, Aircraft, Aerospace or Manufacturing Industries
