Job Summary
As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing customer relationship strategies throughout the entire journey, playing a fundamental role in increasing user engagement, retention, and value generation through data-driven campaigns.
The role involves planning and executing CRM campaigns (email, push, SMS, in-app, etc.), segmenting and analyzing the customer base for strategic audience creation, and monitoring performance KPIs.
You will work in partnership with Product, Marketing, and Data teams, ensuring the quality and governance of data used in campaigns, automating communication journeys, and generating insights and reports for decision-making.
