Must-have
10+ years IT/OT operations experience
3-5 years manufacturing environment support
ERP, MES, PLM, and CPQ system delivery
End-to-end program execution capability
Stakeholder management in operational environments
Nice-to-have
Cloud deployment and data migration exposure
High emotional intelligence and collaboration skills
Experience with multi-site global environments
Familiarity with Industrial IoT concepts
Agile/Scrum or cloud platform certifications
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, CS, or business administration
10-15 years of total professional experience
Minimum 3-5 years supporting manufacturing or factory environments
