Job Summary

  • This is a senior individual contributor role expected to operate independently and flex across Sales, CS, and Partner Ops, owning the operating system that makes revenue predictable and execution disciplined.
  • You will own the GTM operating system for a platform shift in banking, building rigor in forecasting, commissions, renewals, and partner accountability.
  • Success within the first 60-90 days includes clear visibility into quota, pipeline, forecast, and performance metrics, a working commission tracking process, and a renewal/expansion operating rhythm.
