Key Requirements

  • Bachelors in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business
  • Associates Degree in Engineering with 3 years experience
  • 8 years manufacturing supervisory/engineer/quality experience
  • Previous experience leading hourly production associates
  • Union experience preferred
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
  • ISO 9000 and/or 14000 exposure preferred
