Skills & Requirements
Must-have
4+ years Business Systems Analyst experience
Strong knowledge of derivatives lifecycle events
Experience with API and system integration
Ability to translate business workflows to requirements
Proficiency in SQL and relational databases
Nice-to-have
Experience with trading platforms or risk systems
Familiarity with FIX, FpML, SWIFT standards
Exposure to cloud-based data architectures
Prior product backlog management experience
Knowledge of regulatory and audit controls
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in information systems or Computer Science
4+ years of experience in fintech or financial services technology
Solid understanding of swaps, futures, options, and structured products
