  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in P&C insurance brokerage or risk management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field

  • Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and carrier markets
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
