Key Requirements
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in P&C insurance brokerage or risk management
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field

Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and carrier markets
Exceptional communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
