Job Summary

• We are seeking an in-house Legal Specialist / Paralegal with a background in Workers Compensation who is either currently completing their legal studies or has been working in the industry for some time and is ready to step into a hands-on, in-house role.
• The purpose of this role is to assist with the preparation and strategic management of Work Injury Damages (WID) claims, support statutory litigation in the Personal Injury Commission, assist with other legally based claims, undertake legal project work, and provide ongoing legal support to Specialised Insurance Group.
