Key Requirements
Minimum 12+ years of experience as a recruiting leader
Experience leading and managing global recruiting teams
Ability to work from Hyderabad office 2-3x per week
Ability to work across multiple time zones, including IST evening hours
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (preferred)
Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred)
