Job Summary

• As an Airstream Adventure Advisor / Sales Representative you will interact and consult with guests to guide them through their Airstream purchase.
• You will be trained on the specific products we offer and their benefit to our guests.
• This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).

Estimated Annual Earnings: $62,400 - $121,200; Commissions and/or bonus opportunities; Benefits package available

Key Requirements

• Experience in RV sales is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Working knowledge of computers
• Acceptable driving record
• Valid driver's license
• High School graduate or equivalent
• 18 years or older required
