Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Experience in cost management and estimating
  • Background in large-scale infrastructure projects
  • Strong understanding of NEC and JCT contracts
  • Proven experience in contract placement and post-award management
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management

Nice-to-have

  • Awareness of UK Government procurement frameworks
  • Professional qualification like RICS or CICES
  • Proficiency in CostX, CATO, or Excel software
  • Experience in bid writing or evaluation techniques
  • Desire to broaden career into Defence sector

Key Requirements

  • 5–10 years of continuous UK residency
  • British National with valid UK passport
  • Eligible to obtain Security Clearance (SC)
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
