Job Summary

  • Process all service requests assigned in an accurate and timely manner, within the agreed service levels and targets as defined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • The successful candidate should have strong communication skills in English & Mandarin, both written and spoken as the role requires candidates to manage Mandarin speaking stakeholders/employees.
