Job Summary

  • The role utilizes the nursing process to provide direct patient care and consultation for individuals with fecal and urinary diversions, wounds, drains, pressure sores, and incontinence.
  • This position serves as a clinical resource for patient assessment on nursing units and guides nursing staff in developing diagnoses and care plans.
  • Employees are expected to support community agencies related to Enterostomal Therapy and participate in at least one nursing research study per year.
