  • Lead enterprise Early Management engineering and Continuous Improvement practices across the manufacturing network to standardize and deploy startup and capital project methodologies.
  • Develop and deploy enterprise strategies for Early Management aligned with business objectives and Manufacturing Excellence goals, leading cross-site initiatives to improve startup outcomes and equipment reliability.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, coaching plant leaders and engineers on Engineering Work Process and Vertical Startup, while influencing adoption of Early Management practices across all organizational levels.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in capital project engineering, operations leadership, and Continuous Improvement
  • 4+ years of leadership experience
  • Proven strength in coaching, teaching, and influencing leaders
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Deep expertise in Early Management tools and Continuous Improvement methodologies
  • Advanced proficiency with data and analytics platforms
  • Strong program and project leadership experience
  • Willingness to travel frequently, up to 75 percent
