Employees must ensure resident safety by frequently checking those unable to call for help and promptly reporting any changes in condition or accidents.
The role requires maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information while assisting with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Monitor vital signs and report changes
Assist residents with daily hygiene and mobility
Maintain strict patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Document care activities accurately on flow sheets

Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Participate in shift meetings to improve services
Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel effectively
Experience with restorative and rehabilitative procedures
Key Requirements
