Job Summary

  • Contribute to the origination and execution of debt project financing transactions, working closely with Managing Directors and Directors.
  • Lead all aspects of transaction due diligence, working with associates/analysts, including assessing commercial, structural, and legal risks.
  • This role will be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation, and offers a competitive benefits package.
