Job Summary

  • We are looking for two Countryside Rangers to join our small team who ensure the implementation of practical work at the Council’s woodlands and informal open spaces across North Norfolk, maintaining them as high quality, welcoming and accessible public spaces.
  • The team are responsible for the day-to-day management of these sites for community recreation, nature conservation and forestry.
  • We are seeking individuals who can contribute to all areas of the service, including practical woodland and conservation management, providing guidance and assistance to visitors, looking after volunteers, and helping to deliver school, group, and family events.
