Employees must ensure resident safety by frequently checking those unable to call for help and promptly answering all resident calls.
Staff are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information and reporting any suspected violations or abuse immediately.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with daily hygiene and mobility
Monitor and record vital signs like TPRs
Maintain strict patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Report changes in resident condition immediately

Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Experience with restorative and rehabilitative procedures
Ability to work collaboratively with nursing teams
Strong communication skills for reporting incidents
