This position will work collaboratively with the Finance team and department contacts to support budgeting, planning, and performance analysis.
The Finance team’s effectiveness directly contributes to excellence in ministry accountability, stewardship, informed decision-making, sound fiscal management, and the overall reputation of the organization.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
4+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or related field
Proficient in Excel and financial modeling
Experience with data visualization and dashboard development using BI tools
