  • Collaborate with pre and post award stakeholders to manage the coordination, planning, and implementation of Patient Recruitment and Retention support operational plans on larger, multi- region studies or programs.
  • Ownership for study KPI and financial performance, acting as senior oversight for large studies / programs leading a team and taking overall ownership for study performance.
  • Maintain knowledge of current recruitment trends, vendors, and technologies to increase productivity and recommend additional support as needed.
