Job Summary

  • Responsible for the full lifecycle engineering, optimization, and technical oversight of automotive paint processes, ensuring Class A surface finish standards and high first-time quality.
  • Design, develop, and implement control strategies for robotic and automation systems in paint booth, sealer, and utility areas, including PLC logic, robot programming, and HMI/SCADA integration.
  • Continuously analyze process KPIs and implement automation-based corrective actions to improve efficiency, resource consumption, and minimize unplanned downtimes while ensuring safety and compliance.
