Job Summary
The Performance & Improvements Team is responsible for driving a wide range of improvement activities to deliver spacecraft faster, more affordably, and to the highest quality.
This role involves supporting the definition and delivery of a 12-month improvement plan, reducing the MAIT Cost Base, and implementing the Operational Excellence System (OES).
Benefits include a salary of £23,850, 37 hours per week with flexible and hybrid working, half-day Fridays, and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
