Job Summary

• Lead and deliver technical learning programs with a strong focus on Commercial Property claims, covering investigation, estimating, liability, and settlement practices.
• Create and update training content that reflects real-world adjusting scenarios, internal standards, and best practices, supporting onboarding and upskilling through various methods.
• Partner with Claims Leaders and key stakeholders to identify performance gaps, define learning objectives, measure effectiveness, and continuously improve training materials to enhance consistency, efficiency, and customer outcomes.
