As a dedicated Manager, Claims Operations, you will manage and be accountable for auto and other claims operations member service employees who provide solutions as they investigate, evaluate and negotiate claims.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or 4 years related experience
6 years progressive customer service or leadership experience
2 years claims handling experience
2 years direct team lead or management experience
Insurance adjuster license within 6 months
Auto Physical Damage field experience
I-CAR Platinum class status or ability to acquire
Meet USAA safe driving requirements
Reside in Chesapeake, VA area
Ability to travel regularly and be available for CAT duty
