Must-have
6-10 years HVAC maintenance experience
3-5 years pharma or GMP environment experience
Cleanroom HVAC system expertise
BMS/SCADA troubleshooting and tuning
ISO 14644 cleanroom compliance knowledge
IQ/OQ/PQ validation documentation skills
Advanced diagnostic tools proficiency
Nice-to-have
Vibration analysis and thermography basics
EPA 608 refrigerant certification
Manufacturer training on chillers/controls

Key Requirements
Technical diploma or apprenticeship in HVAC/Mechanical
