Job Summary

  • The engineer will own end-to-end New Product Introduction execution, managing schedules, risks, and deliverables from tape-out support through high-volume manufacturing readiness.

Must-have

  • 7+ years advanced node semiconductor experience
  • FEOL and/or BEOL Process Integration expertise
  • Hands-on NPI and product ramp ownership
  • Strong project management across stakeholders
  • Process integration and yield engineering background

Nice-to-have

  • Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics
  • Experience leading cross-functional technical teams
  • Understanding of lithography, etch, and metrology modules
  • Ability to abstract learnings into foundry standards
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and self-initiative

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM field required
  • 7+ years in advanced node semiconductor industry
  • 5+ years in process integration or yield engineering
  • Master's or Ph.D. preferred
