Employees must report all changes in resident condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected violations of protected health information to supervisors promptly.
The role requires assisting residents with daily functions including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility while ensuring their personal care needs are met.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Monitor vital signs and record data accurately
Assist residents with bathing and dressing
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Follow infection control and safety policies
